A message from Molly...
COPARENTING IS NOT
A ONE-SIZE-FITS-ALL SITUATION.
Are you grappling
with the ups and downs of coparenting?
It's a challenging path, filled with uncharted territories and emotional minefields. Maybe you've reached out for advice from friends or found yourself caught in the comparison trap looking at what other families are doing.
But as well-meaning as this guidance might be, the truth is, no one truly understands your unique situation or your child except you and your coparent. What works for one family may not work for another, and the strategies that are effective for a 5-year-old will need adjustments by the time they reach 15. It goes without saying– you want to put your kid's well-being ahead of short-term issues.
But you have no idea where to begin or how to get your coparent on board.
Without the right strategy, children often suffer the most when coparents lose sight of their needs or don’t have the right systems in place to advocate for their kid’s best interest.
The ability to prioritize your child over personal disagreements is essential but can feel like a moving target!
You need a personalized, developmentally-appropriate plan.
And because you’re here seeking coparenting resources, I can tell your love for your children is far greater than your frustration towards your coparent or divorce process. It's time to forge a new parenting relationship outside of your marriage. But it’s often easier said than done…
I know first hand...
I'M A CHILD OF DIVORCE
AND A DIVORCED COPARENT.
I've experienced
divorce from both sides.
Even as a divorce coach and a child development expert, navigating divorce when it becomes personal is tough. Untangling emotions, priorities, and future hopes is very challenging.
Over the past decade plus, I leaned on my community and support system to gain clarity, perspective, establish healthy boundaries, and overcome challenges—all while keeping my child at the forefront.
I take pride in the fact that I have worked very hard as a coparent and adapted to this journey over the past 10+ years as best I could. I played by the rules and kept my side of the street clean.
And as a result today, my daughter is a thriving teenager.
BUT I’LL BE HONEST:
There was a time when I didn't believe such a positive outcome was possible.
What changed everything was a commitment to my daughter's well-being and age-appropriate agreements that would evolve with her growth and emotional needs.
And we had plenty of help along the way.
IT TRULY TAKES A VILLAGE.
I believe successful coparenting is possible. Yes, even for your family.
On the other side of doing the deep dive emotional work, developing a sustainable, realistic parenting plan for your personal situation, and skillfully balancing compromise with boundaries is a future where you and your coparent collaborate, putting your child's needs first no matter what, even if it means establishing a more parallel parenting style.
Because, let’s be honest– not everyone can do family dinners! And that’s OKAY! The “right” approach is what works for your family and your child!

Why this course?
THIS COURSE CONTENT
FILLS THE GAP.
Lawyers and therapists play crucial roles in the divorce process, but sometimes, coparenting plans often get lost in the gray area in between.
While lawyers excel at executing plans, they may lack expertise in child development and the unique intricacies of family dynamics that you need to create a child-centered plan. Family lawyers reach out to me all the time for help.
THERAPISTS HAVE THEIR DISTINCT ROLE TOO!
Therapists or counselors may support you in understanding your own needs and navigating conflicts, challenges, or circumstances, but they typically don't focus on collaboratively building a plan that considers your entire family. Additionally, they may not provide direct coaching advice for organizing with your coparent (or on your own) to help your family move forward.
Over the course of 4 video-based modules we’ll explore:
MODULE 01
Shifting Mindsets
Recognize best practices for successful coparenting and embrace your new reality. To be the parent you always hoped to be you need to stop problem-solving in the ways that didn’t work when you were together.
MODULE 02
Effective Communication
Identify conflict levels and implement communication strategies for your child’s benefit. Learn to be flexible and stop seeing coparenting as a win or lose.
MODULE 03
Crafting the Plan
Understand the feelings and needs of your child so you can create a parenting plan aligned with their current developmental stage.
MODULE 04
Sustaining the Relationship
Understand the feelings and needs of your child so you can create a parenting plan aligned with their current developmental stage.
You’ll walk away from this program with a plan ready for your lawyer or mediator — and a mindset your therapist would be proud of — that’s ready for Immediate implementation and informed by both divorce coaching and child psychology.

An Investment in Your Family’s Future
My clients pay me $400/hour to complete a parenting plan for them. Additionally, it can take several hours of mediating between coparents to produce a workable plan and even more time in the future when that initial plan needs to be updated!
I created this course to make solid, kid-centered, sustainable coparenting plans more affordable and accessible to families like yours.
Divorce isn’t just painful,
it can also be an expensive journey.
